This training course will enable you to master the key stages of the sales process by teaching you how to build a relationship of trust with the customer, identify their needs through questioning, rephrasing and managing silences, and conduct the sale from initial contact to conclusion. You will learn the fundamentals of communication (verbal, paraverbal, nonverbal), customer types (SONCASE), and the stages of Contact/Know/Convince/Conclude.
