Objectives
The objective of this training module is to provide participants with an understanding of the specifics of private equity accounting and reporting. This is an advanced course that does not cover the fundamentals of fund accounting. Therefore, it is expected that participants will already have accounting experience.
Target Public

                      • Mutual fund professionals who wish to acquire a thorough knowledge of private equity fund administration and custodian activities.

                      •  Alternative fund professionals who wish to develop their understanding of private equity specifics in the areas of fund structuring and monitoring, valuation and performance calculation/attribution.

                      • Other professionals working in AIFMs, legal, audit and consulting firms, etc. who wish to benefit from a comprehensive overview of private equity business processes.

                      Exam

                      For this training course, an optional exam is available. In case of interest, candidates can choose a date from the list of proposed examinations sessions. Registration for the exam must be made at least five days before the chosen exam date. The exam is subject to a registration fee.

                      Certificate

                      At the end of the training, the participants can download a certificate of attendance from their client portal House of Training.
