This Talk Time, in collaboration with House of Training, explores practical frameworks and real-world approaches to help organisations govern AI responsibly. Target audience
This module is accessible to managers, executives and professionals involved in decision-making, governance, risk management, compliance, or innovation who wish to better understand how to govern and manage AI responsibly within their organisation.
Speaker
Fateh Amroune, AI expert trainer at the House of Training.
Fateh is a seasoned technology executive and Senior AI Advisor with over 25 years of experience driving large-scale digital and artificial intelligence transformations across international organizations. Most recently, he served as the Luxembourg AI Factory Lead at Luxinnovation, where he was instrumental in shaping the national AI strategy ecosystem and coordinating cross-sector adoption in alignment with the EU AI Act.
Prior to his national advisory role, Fateh was a Director at Deloitte Luxembourg, where he spearheaded the Group’s GenAI service delivery transformation. During this tenure, he defined the firm's GenAI strategy and built a SecureGPT enterprise platform, which achieved a 70% adoption rate and was scaled as a reference model across 12 countries. His leadership extended to establishing robust AI solution frameworks for diverse business units and leading a massive upskilling initiative that trained over 1,000 professionals in generative AI and responsible governance.
Fateh also contributes to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor at HEC Liège Luxembourg, where he teaches AI strategy and governance to future business leaders. His career is built on a strong technical foundation, including a Master of Science in Engineering from INSA Strasbourg, complemented by an Oxford Diploma in Strategy & Innovation and a Postgraduate degree in Management from the University of London.
