Optimising AI Prompts and Pipelines for Professional Work
Business Organisation & TransformationDescription
Introduction
In highly regulated sectors, "good enough" is a risk. This course is designed for professionals who need to move from experimental AI use to structured, reliable implementation. You will master four foundational "building blocks" of prompt engineering that allow you to construct complex, multi-step business solutions. We focus heavily on Verifiable AI, ensuring that every output is grounded, traceable, and safe. You will learn how to design systems that don't just "talk," but solve high-stakes problems while maintaining strict compliance and accuracy.
Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
Develop a foundational AI literacy that moves beyond the hype
Learn the specific mechanics of a reliable use of generative AI
Optimize the quality of generative AI use
Understand the different ways generative AI can be used
Gain experience via practical exercises
