International Business Strategy is part of the International MBA programme and can also be taken independently.

This course is designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of international business leadership and the strategic challenges companies face when expanding into global markets.

Participants will explore key topics including internationalization challenges, cross-cultural management, market selection, market positioning, entry strategies, regulatory and political risks, strategic alliances, and operational adaptation.
