Introduction
Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) have transformed the AI field both in its applicability to problems and its accessibility to the wider population.
In this course, we will understand what AI is, what its potential is and what its limitations are. We will see a brief history of its development and understand why LLMs make AI more accessible.
Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
Understand what AI is and how it developed since the middle of the 20 century
Understand what LLMs and GenAI are and why they make AI more applicable and accessible
Understand the limitations and drawbacks of AI
Understand the potential of AI, which tasks it can replace or aid with, and which tasks are beyond its reach
