Description

Description

Operational challenges in industrial environments, including quality, capacity, reliability, flexibility, rework, deadlines, etc, are becoming increasingly topical:
These are often complex situations where knowledge of the business alone is not enough.

Continuous improvement methodologies, ranging from problem-solving to comprehensive and cross-functional process analysis, and to process transformation, offer structured approaches and comprehensive toolkits to aspire to achieve the definitive goal of operational excellence.

Lean 6 Sigma, born of the cultures and experiences of Toyota and Motorola, has been universally deployed for around fifty years, with its pillars of competency and improvement facilitation embodied by Green Belts, Black Belts, and Master Black Belts.

These additional skills, which are complementary to professional skills and cross-functional to the company's various departments, have not only enabled us to produce comprehensive action plans, but also to foster a structured, long-lasting culture within companies.

The House of training, with its experienced trainers, offers the opportunity for companies to embark on a journey toward operational excellence, and as well as for individuals wishing to complement their business skills with continuous improvement process skills.

These skills build the basis for change processes and management involving all staff, and drive organisational evolution towards more autonomous, high-performance teams.

Objectives

To train you in a recognised and universal methodology for process improvement:

  • Understand how to describe a workflow as it is experienced by actors and redesign it accordingly.

  • Learn to eliminate workflow disruptions, redundancies, non-value-added tasks, capacity constraints, and critical activities

  • Master critical factors by eradicating the root causes of major failure modes.

  • Understand the importance and relevance of controls and optimise them.

  • Enhance the quality of the company's products and services.

  • Increase operational performance in terms of capacity, costs, and deadlines (Your KPIs).

  •  Meet the expectations of all stakeholders in line with the company's strategy

  • To introduce you to group facilitation methods and complex problem-solving techniques.

  • To learn how to lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects and transformations.
