Introduction
Successfully integrating AI into a company goes far beyond purchasing off-the-shelf tools or deploying chatbots. True AI enablement requires a shift in organizational mindset, updated management practices, clear workflows, and the right skills across teams. This course equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools to act as “AI Enablers” within their organizations—bridging the gap between technology and business needs.
Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
Identify and evaluate organizational processes and problems that can benefit from AI-driven automation
Define methodologies and workflows for introducing AI solutions in corporate settings
Assess needs, timelines, and costs associated with AI projects
Develop the skills to act as in-house AI advocates and advisors

Session 1 – Foundations (3 hours, face-to-face at the Chamber of Commerce)
Understanding opportunities and challenges of AI
Understanding types, needs and costs of different AI solutions
Identifying opportunities: where AI can add value
Exercise: spotting automation opportunities in real business cases
Session 2 – Virtual Classroom (2 hours)
Building workflows and methodologies for AI implementation
Project scoping: defining needs, setting realistic timelines, and cost estimation
Followup exercise: successful corporate AI adoption
Session 3 – Virtual Classroom (2 hours)
Discussion of exercise
AI governance: ethics, compliance, and responsible use
Becoming an AI Enabler: practical toolkit for participants
Wrap-up: building your corporate AI roadmap
