Explore the potential of generative AI in HR: this training course enables you to design practical and advanced use cases, create effective prompts and transform your HR practices through enhanced workflows.
Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
design and trial concrete and advanced use cases for generative AI within HR functions
utilise the appropriate tools by applying best practice in prompt engineering
Prerequisites
Before undertaking this module, participants are advised to have completed the training course: ‘Driving HR Performance with AI – Fundamentals: Integrating AI into HR Practices’ or to already be a basic user of AI in the context of your HR work.
To get the most out of the course, it is important to bring a laptop to the session and, ideally, to have a subscription to an AI tool (such as ChatGPT or Copilot).

Self-assess using an HR AI maturity framework and share best practices in HR AI
Identify tasks with low added value
Prioritise according to value, feasibility, the data used and the risks
Optimising HR processes with AI
Use advanced prompting techniques
Create reusable prompt templates
Understanding how an AI assistant or agent works
Design specialised assistants for recurring tasks
Test, refine and ensure the reliability of the assistants created
Exploring the uses of AI in HR in greater depth
Recruitment : structure an AI-assisted process, compare profiles against defined criteria and prepare decision-support materials
Job vacancies: create reusable templates, tailor adverts to different profiles and ensure they are consistent
Integration and onboarding: design a comprehensive and flexible onboarding programme, tailor the stages to suit different profiles, and create reusable templates using AI
Training and skills development: analyse specific needs, design learning pathways, generate resources and draw up development plans
Internal communication: tailor the same content to different audiences, formats or levels of detail
Talent management: make use of reference frameworks, skills matrices, assessment grids… and identify the skills that can be transferred from one role to another
HR analysis: to cross-reference, analyse and interpret multiple sources of information in order to produce analyses and decision-support materials
