Empathy at Work - Understanding Others, Communicating with Impact and Setting Healthy Boundaries
Développement PersonnelDescription
Introduction
Empathy is a powerful workplace skill: it helps us understand others, build trust and navigate challenging interactions more effectively.
Yet being empathetic does not mean being nice at allcosts, absorbing other people’s emotions, agreeing with everything they say or neglecting our own needs.
This practical training helps participants use empathy intentionally while maintaining healthy emotional boundaries. Through practical tools and realistic workplace scenarios, participants learn how to better understand others, adapt their communication, and respond constructively without becoming emotionally overwhelmed.
