- Overcome organizational resistance to AI adoption through communication, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement
- Build trust in AI systems through transparency, explainability, human-in-the-loop design, and continuous improvement
- AI literacy for executives, managers, and employees: developing organization-wide AI understanding
- Assess capability gaps across data scientists, AI engineers, governance specialists, and ethics practitioners
- Build internal capabilities versus leveraging external partnerships: recruitment, training, and retention of AI talent
- Lead AI transformation through stakeholder mapping, communication narratives, and addressing concerns such as job displacement and algorithmic bias
- Build coalitions and networks of AI ambassadors, supported by continuous communication and feedback loops
- Develop an AI transformation narrative tailored to the organization's context and stakeholders
- Design a six-month change management plan covering communication milestones, stakeholder engagement, and resistance mitigation
- Map talent requirements and develop a capability-building roadmap
- Present findings and receive peer feedback on organizational change readiness
- Foundation models vs. specialised models: selecting the right approach based on specific use cases
