This certification programme consists of 11 independent modules, which may be taken individually and accumulated according to participants’ needs, or completed as a full programme.
Overview
Mediation is both a conflict-resolution process and a method for preventing conflicts and facilitating communication. This modular foundation programme is designed to help participants, depending on their individual objectives and the modules selected, to:
- Develop and strengthen communication and negotiation skills.
- Learn and apply the tools and techniques used by professional mediators in a wide variety of communication challenges.
- Acquire the fundamental competencies required to practise mediation professionally.
Fulfil part of the minimum training requirements (150 hours) necessary for accreditation by the Centre for Civil and Commercial Mediation (CMCC), the Luxembourg Ministry of Justice, and the Association Luxembourgeoise de la Médiation et des Médiateurs Agréés (ALMA).

Certificate
Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Participation issued by the House of Training and co-signed by the Centre de Médiation Civile et Commerciale (CMCC), ABBL, and INDR.
