Objectives
By completion of this course, the trainee must be able to:
- familiarize with the methods and the practices of labor law with the aim of effective personnel management
- manage in an operational way employment contracts
- apply the regulations related to labor relations
- implement special legal rules that apply to certain categories of employees: pregnant women, part-time employees, interim employees, etc.

Course Material
Please note that for environmental reasons no paper version of the training material will be provided for your training. The course material can be downloaded free of charge via your portal before the start of the course (download the Client Portal User’s Guide here). You will be able to view it on the screen of your mobile device or print it if necessary. If your registration has been made by a training manager of your company please contact him/her so that he/she can give you access to it or send it to you.
Certificate
The course ends with a written exam. Successful completion of the exam is sanctioned by a certificate of success issued by the House of Training and cosigned by the "Ministère de l'Education nationale, de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse".
